Hi good video I have a echo 2 Gen with a dud board can I put in a echo dot board as the echo as a better sound thanks.
Only it the dot is also a 2nd gen, I think the 2nd gen boards are the same between the dot and the full size. Unfortunately, that is not the case with the 1st gen ones.

We can try, ask for support from Amazon customer care. Becoz there is physically no service centers for handling these smart devices, but amazon can help u deal with that.

What model.. 2nd gen or 3rd gen??
Hey bro, my friend was working in Amazon support and the company had given him a alexa, he had left the company a couple of years back and it was registered to his company email. So now it's just a dud as customer support says it is registered to him, but de register first from that account which he doesn't have access anymore as it was company email and number.
So it won't connect as it's still registered to the old account so is there any way we can reset ? or any other use except being a paper weight?

@@TECHNDJ it’s not my Wi-Fi. I have checked it at my house and my grandmas house and my teacher gave it to me because it wouldn’t work at her school.

@@danielblodgett1 try prying the base plate from the speaker module, then search for a replacement part.. i would recommend using external speakers rather than taking these risks.
It sounds terrible from the factory. Plug another speaker into it for good sound. This is the exact same thing as a full size echo, except with a smaller speaker. People use these with their stereos.

Suggestion...because of your accent and your less than typical word choices? You really need to speak more slowly and and try to enunciate each word better ....often I am not understanding what you said....As the video progressed you got more excited and started speaking even faster! Forget it! I dont know what the heck you were saying! Seriously you need to slow down and enunciate! I dont think I would want to watch more of your videos unless there was nothing else ....would have been a great video
Yes.. I am improving my vocabulary by every video.. Recent videos are better with good audio and visual quality. Check them out 😉😀
