Late grunt is not a hindrance! It is absolutely normal. Did you ever play a sport for yourself?!
Some players just hold their breath as they hit the ball, then release their lungs after hitting. Nadal and many more players do the same thing and this is not annoying. This is part of the game for a hundred years.
Maybe, y'all watching a wrong sport. Watching snooker or chess might be a good choice for your gentle "eardrums" !

I can understand that with Sabalenka (though it’s still cheating) as she puts everything into her shots but the likes of Bronzetti, Trevisan and Sara Horribles Slomo are pushers who are clearly screaming to gain an advantage. Horribles Slomo hits moonballs but grunts as though she were building the pyramids
