Yes! Tweety and our suburban are both titled, registered and insured in Belize. You have to buy insurance as you come across the border but you can shop around for better deals after that. It's $200 BZ per person / per month so, bring enough to cover what you're asking for. And bring it in Belize dollars. 👍
