@@vex3182 well I currently haven’t got a deal yet. But I feel it coming. I’m building relationships trying to find my niche. I bought the homebuyer workshop from Enrique and I plan on doing a presentation in a couple weeks. I want to do a lot of these as it will put me in front of a lot of ppl and I think agents will value that. My main thing is trying to build meaningful relationships with agents. In time I really believe I will get it going. You definitely need to save up so you won’t panic for not getting deals right away

Thank you! Definitely a great industry with a lot of potential but it's not easy. If you are willing to put in the work though and be patient you can make a ton of money and the market is going to get super good soon!

Hi, so are you a Loan Officer or a Mortgage Broker? You mentioned you made the switch and your content focuses on LO I just wanna know how that all ties together. This is all new to me so my apologies if the question doesn’t make sense. Thanks!

He’s at a brokerage now based on the video.
You can be a loan officer at a retail lender (think Chase, Bank of America, etc)
Or a loan officer/broker at a mortgage brokerage.
The loan officer position in it of itself is the same. The tools they have access to are different. Hope that helps
