How can I get the phone number of the sender that is received by the GSM module and use it for sending a reply to that number instead of manually setting the phone number on the code?
The time arduino.reads the message from gsm module store that message in a string variable. And then using my split function u can get access to the number

yes, you can find an antenna with a long wire. you can search on the Amazon.
