I don't get it with raw egg mixed into the bowl of the soup noodle. I reckon the raw egg overwhelmed the good taste of the soup, not add anything good but nutri-value. That goes with every food like Char Hor Fun, etc. I have once put it to a senior chef and he found it hard to reply but said the customer request. He was saying customers are stupid, granted taste may be up to the individual.
