Moved into my apt last week. Everything is perfect except for this one thing which has led me down this RUclips spiral. My neighbors seem to have an unattended pup that cries/howls all day while the fam is gone. Then when the fam arrives in the evening it's loud stereo music along with the kids running around (I give the kids a pass, but don't agree that they should be up or as active as they are every night around 11 or midnight). It's been less than a month sooo, looks like I have 11.5 months left to go with this lease? We'll see how this plays out for me... I'll sub in the meantime and have a moment of silence... for our lack of silence.

Is your ceiling concrete or wooden joists and plaster board? Concrete floors tend to be quieter as they absorb sound better.
What are they doing upstairs.
Kids running around as they always do and the parents have no consideration for anyone else
Are they on the side wall?
@@hollyyoung3450 thats pretty crazy they're both connected i could not imagine dealing with two inconsiderate people in separate apts above.
