- Watch Day 32 of the Trial of Young Thug and his YSL co-defendants in Fulton County featuring more testimony from witnesses.
Young Thug, whose legal name is Jeffery Williams, was arrested on May 9, 2022, after a sweeping 88-page indictment accused him of being the co-founder of Young Slime Life, or YSL, a subset of the Bloods street gang. Prosecutors allege those named in the indictment have engaged in violent criminal activity in the city since 2012.
Last week, Nicole Fegan, who represented Tenquarius Mender in the YSL RICO trial, was charged with criminal street gang activity and criminal solicitation to commit the offense of tampering with evidence.

I have called 911 in the past, and when asked told them it was not an emergency! When I said it was not an emergency it was not an Emergency! If this caller was really concerned she should have stated her Emergency! Why is the Prosecutor wasting time on this????
What does this 911 call have to do with furtherance of a criminal enterprise? I’m lost. They reaching for any and everything at this point🤦🏿♂️
I agree, seems like they are using every pull over or arrest of anyone in Fulton Co at that time that had a YSL tat or red star on them.
The dress wearing gangster and his friends are on trial because they committed crimes. Actual crimes that led to murder and harm to the community. They are not innocent or good citizens. If they are found guilty, they should be put away for their crimes.
Just mind blown how this judge hears the states argument until they win the motion. Its crazy to me

How do they have safety concerns but they literally have to give their full government name while testifying? You don’t have to physically see someone at that point plus the defendants can see them so they would still be in danger if it were that serious🤦🏿♂️
Unfortunately they have to give their name because it’s a legal recording and file. You can’t have people just giving fake names all over the place. I do think they should have protection tho. They must be terrified

The biggest problem with the police call is not only is their multiple police in the vicinity! But if the woman is so afraid for her family’s safety why did she not only waist time going into another residence but did not use her phone or make any police call herself witch doesn’t take long neither did she attempt to track down the multiple officers that were nearby

If The police is already there Not 1 but several , y is she going next door to get her neighbor, also she said in the beginning she said she didn't know him saying Young Thug I don't no him, the she walks back out door past several office again don't talk to them nor gets stopped (invisible lady lol) goes back in house and now she is not replying to neighbors call. Y did u let her leave if u was so worried then u sat u don't want him to hurt your kids or u if u know nothing about him personally or no him how to u sat such a Thang. The attorney herself has been lying to me from the beginning and it just seems like that she just keeps pulling stuff up she wants to be remembered for prosecuting Young thug and as far as the witness you keep saying this over and over but at the same time I don't feel like she's going to come in and testify so that's why you trying to get the judge to approve it. State didn't mention that the lady might be panicking because the innocent might be near the so call neighor house but the suspect is not in her house. But the 911 caller overheard the word house ran with that. I'm going to run down the street to tell my neighbors about possible intruder but forget to call the police . Imagine telling the 911 caller to come Testify and she don't recall.

It’s double hearsay. Allegedly, A girl told another girl that young thug was in her(the first girl’s) house. The second girl then called and told a pd dispatch employee. That’s actually beyond hearsay.
