I went through a big shift realising what needed changes, how people were manipulative and negative and didn’t respect my strong boundaries. I decided to cut them off in my life and move on so i can better myself. I was group 3 - I’m starting the process for autism and adhd assessments. While I like the things that make me different, it has affected my work and home life (basically stuck), self-medicating, and my relationships - because I’m quite literal I’ve been used by men because I would listen to their words as truth. However, last year I did start dating someone that I feel truly values me and I'm really hoping ends up being my husband. If not, I'm okay being alone. The dating pool is just not it these days.
I also don't listen to readings anymore because I felt I was taking them too literally, and nothing ever ended up being real. I would just hyperfixate on what the readings said and it wasn't healthy.

Here I am a year later reviewing my choice of pile number 4 and can’t believe how accurate it was. Last July I had a stroke that completely turned my life upside down. There was a point where I thought I would be completely disabled by it that my uncompleted dreams of my life would never be fulfilled. In the past year I have made tremendous progress but I still have difficulties that are frustrating and have a tendency to drag me down. It is nice looking back at the old readings remembering where I was and to be focused on the dreams that will be.

I picked pile 3 and I’m currently having EMDR for past trauma which I have known for a while is what’s holding me back in life. My therapist said it will probably be around 16 weeks of treatment start to finish which is four months!

Feel so drawn to pile 3 and 4, is basically I have to move on and I'll find a new chapter for me. Pile 4 : makes so much sense . My husband cheated on me for over a year , and left me and our 3 kids ( one on the way) for his mistress . He still financially helps me. But other than that I feel abandoned and I was refusing to let go . But I’m very slowly letting go and now I’m just focusing on genuinely forgiving . I can’t , yet .
