If you upgrade for an AIO or a good aircooler , change the ram to a 16gb 3600mhz c16 (cas latency 16) ,and take a better rx 6650 xt like "Sapphire rx 6650 xt nitro+" you will get about 10 fps or more i think . Maybe 20 at some games

ik this is a year old but try checking your resolution and change it to 1080p, that may fix it or it could be other hardware holding it back e.g. an outdated cpu
It will fit but your motherboard supports gen 3 gpus and the 6650xt is a gen 4 gpu plus the 6650xt models use half of the pins that connect to the motherboard because correct if im wrong a full pcie lane of gen 3 is half a gen 4. So unless you have a gen 4 board dont buy gen 4 gpus cause the performance will not be great
yes because the games are mostly GPU bound and not CPU bound, but you might see very slight performance losses, but yeah it would mostly perform the same

When it comes to the effective 3D speed the 6700xt is 11% faster than the 6650xt so for 100 bucks its worth but it isnt far superior imo, just slightly better

60 fps is the maximum in Elden Ring (With or Without Vsync) You can only unlock the 60fps cap through mods, but you can't use mods online.
