In the future, there will be many 2 episode stand battles in this part so please react to both of those episodes in the same video, faster, more enjoyable, and just simply the better way to watch Jojo from part 3 and the future.
@@TheProNoob1223 stardust crusaders is fun but lacks the coherency of later parts out of the first six. that isnt to say theyre all perfect, but i think parts 4 and 5 are overall better than part 3. and while its the common consensus, i cant not put part 7 at the top.

I like how part 3 introduced the concept of stands, which is going to be important and more interesting throughout the rest of the parts. Keep up the great reactions.
So, to sum up the basics of Stands: Stands are psychic entities generated by one's lifeforce, which in itself needs to be very strong to be able to sustain the Stand. Only people with Stands can see them, however, certain Stands have a strong enough presence or are simple enough in form that other people can see them. Stands are also analogous to the body of the user, in that whatever happens to the Stand, happens to the user too and vice versa. Stands are functionally invincible to anything except for other Stands or users. Most Stands are unique to the user, each one developing their own unique powers. And finally, something I don't think they talk about in the anime is the ratio of range and power. Basically, the stronger the Stand, the shorter the distance it can travel on its own. Whereas a weaker but more tactical Stand can travel longer distances, even miles away from its user. And I think that about does it, there is more, but that's spoiler territory.
Fun Fact: Did you know that since Stands are a physical manifestation from the fighting spirit of it’s user, and their power is affected by their breathing, Stands are also called ‘Spirit Hamon’! Which means Hamon isn’t gone for good! It’s only been rebranded and repurposed!!
@@zersky495 It was never a "breathing mechanic". Star platinum started to disappear because Jotaro started losing consciousness from being choked out, and stands can't appear when their user is knocked out, most of the time.
Stands are the manifestation of one's conscience and will- those with stronger wills, have stronger stands. The abilities of a stand are often based on the personality of the user- Joseph was always one for outwitting and predicting his opponents, and thus he received a stand capable of alerting him to the positions of others. Jotaro was a thug who tends to get angry and beat people up, so he received a brawler-type stand suited for combat. This is something you will see continue throughout the series as it continues should you pay attention to the characters and their stands and abilities.
It's really incredible how they can create a future version of a character that looks more mature, but also looks like being still the character you once loved
Most people say that Hamon and Stands are completely unrelated, but the truth is that not separate at all. I'm only saying this because it's not properly explained so a lot of people get confused about it. Stands are visualizations of the different powers the users have, and they can be unlocked by a mastery of an art, a soul bond with a stand user, and a third mean, This is why Joseph's can take spirit pictures, why Jhonatan's body let's Dio know when he's being watched, and why Master Tompetti from part 1 could see the future. Clairvoyance is the ultimate ability gained through training Hamon, The difference now is that it has a visual representation in the shape of Hermit Purple.

Stands ARE a replacement power for the Hamon, but it was kinda been retconned later on for continuity that they’re a upgraded, more personalized interpretation of the life energy people used to power the Hamon. (There are no hard rules now so expect it to be anything goes.) Take Joseph for example: that same golden electricity that normally came from his Hamon also came out when he summoned his spirit photography vines “Hermit Purple”. He can still use the Hamon cuz this is JOSEPH we’re talking about, and it may not look as overpowered as Jotaro’s stand or Abdul’s “Magician’s Red”, but Joseph IS in his mid-late 60’s by this point so he’s not as spry as he once was against Cars. (It doesn’t mean he isn’t as every bit OP though; he has that many more YEARS of combat experience & Joseph always was the type to outsmart his way around danger.) …By the way Aimin, Part 3 “Stardust Crusaders” is by itself roughly as long as both Part 1 & Part 2 put together. You may recall how the part 1/part 2 ending credits changed little by little as you watched each episode? Keep an eye on the JOJO openings and endings starting in Part 3 because JOJO will begin to sprinkle little Easter eggs around and will have completely different songs as you make your way through each major arc. Hirohiko Araki’s music selection for JOJO is absolute 🔥!
Kinda crazy that DIO's been going all over the world for 4 years since getting out of the coffin. Since at least at the end of Part 2 it says 1983 when DIO is lifted from the ocean and then cuts to 1987 when Jotaro is shown.

The way people get their stands and the power of those stands is indeed veeeery random but mostly based on their personality. And the power of a stand is usually not as important as the 200 IQ moves with it. Part 3 usually isn't the best example of it, tho.

Im basicaly watching jojo with you but this is probably the part i got spoiled the most. Its impossibile to escape the spoiler on this one. Is this part really popular or something?
Extremely popular. When JoJo’s Bizzare Adventure was first animated in 1993, they started with Part 3 because they felt Jotaro was just that much cooler than Joseph & Joseph. It was eventually decided to redo all the animation though starting with Part 1 & Part 2 in 2012, (and continuing on with season 1 of Part 3 in 2014 & season 2 of Part 3 in 2015, Part 4 in 2016, Part 5 in 2018, and Part 6 in 2022 - not to mention all the OVAs scattered in between), after which JoJo had become part of the list of mainstream anime. By the way, aside from the “To be continued” meme almost all JoJo references/jokes are based on Part 3 “Stardust Crusaders”. You’re probably going to have to start actively avoiding spoilers going forward because the series gets more and more hyped in very bizarre ways. 👍
@@jesusdiaz4305 honestly i don't think so. Currentelly my spoiler are: For the next part only the villain The one after with giorno a lot. And the one with joline nothing so i guess apart from giorno the other aren't that popular.
@@alessandroreyes3827 I’d still keep an eye out if I were you. Keep in mind that this rerelease of Part 3 originally aired in 2014 & we’re in 2022; your RUclips feed is more likely to try to bombard you with Fortnite and popular battle anime clips now than it is to try and spoil one specific anime series despite how long it is. That said: because JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure still has some pretty epic stuff the more you tune in to the show, the more likely that you are to be spoiled parts of the anime due to RUclips video algorithms. Honestly, I STILL see random clips from part 4 and part 5 floating around on social media. I don’t mind it since I’ve seen it already, but you’re still enjoying this for the first time. I’ll be wishing you a grand time with the series regardless though.
Timestamp 6:14. Behind Jotaro you can see there is an iron barred window. Aside from the fact that Stands are made of energy and unimpeded by walls, Jotaro likely pulled the stuff he wanted through that window from across town.
The fact that you didn't realize it was Dio by the tease of Part 3 at the end of Part 2 made your reaction here amazing!

so ppl that already have a super control over their blood (like vampires pillar men and hamon users) (theoretically) already have a stand but since they rnt aware of it nor its abilities they can t materialize it
in the case of dio and the joestars dio probably already had his stand but by using the arrow he got sure of its existence and could thus materialize it and use its ability nut by striking jonathan s body with the arrow he also materialized jonathan s stand (called "the passion" it looks like joseph s hermit purple and is actually what spiritually linked him to joseph's) thus materializing every family member's even if they weren t aware of it
so my theory is that the arrow s virus actually just changes the blood circulation explaining why a lot of blood comes out when ur striked by it and why some people with a weak body can t survive it (and that s actually just the choice of fate) the virus is atracted to people with a high blood potential

Don’t disrespect JoJo like that
there is a theory saying that jotaro's stand is jonathan's spirit because of their look
When he sees dio vs Jotaro it gonna be epic
Less goooooo!! Jojo part 3!!
stands are connected to hamon it is more likely for hamon users to get stands

WE FINALLY MADE IT TO PART 3
imagine how things would've turned out if star platinum didn't have such speed and precision lmfao
A bloody mess all over the cell and the other inmates
Im basicaly watching jojo with you but this is probably the part i got spoiled the most.
Its impossibile to escape the spoiler on this one.
Is this part really popular or something?
kids hate this part
men love it
Extremely popular.
Currentelly my spoiler are:
For the next part only the villain
The one after with giorno a lot.
@@jesusdiaz4305 oh dont worry than because considering that this is the only channel that im watching for jojo the algorithms is kinda tame.
YES IM SO EXCITED
The limits of Stands? Well about that...
This is gonna be bizarre
I’m still confused how star platinum got stuff in the cell it can only go a few meters away from jotaro can someone please explain
Star finger all the way to the mall.
certified plot moment
star platinums attack range is only a few meters. his absolute range can go as far as it wishes, though getting weaker the further he goes.
Timestamp 6:14.
Behind Jotaro you can see there is an iron barred window. Aside from the fact that Stands are made of energy and unimpeded by walls, Jotaro likely pulled the stuff he wanted through that window from across town.
