Thanks. I don't think I've ever seen people rinsing the grain before cooking. I'll give that a try When you say the words "tiny" and "touch" you demonstrate that you can use the "T" sound, yet why do you pronounce "waTer," as "Wa-er"

when sterilizing in pressure cooker, do the lids need to be on the jars, or just aluminum foil? thanks
Lids should be on jars as need sterilised aswell.
