Speaking about Dr Pritpal Kaur, she is the first to be serving as an SP in Noklak, Nagaland after getting a district... Veem tales may know that already and man she inspired so many people both young and old with her tireless work for the society... We gave her a local name also (Themshao)... Now she has been posted in some several other districts after Noklak and now she is currently been posted in Phek district Nagaland... She is my inspiration

ODRAF or Odisha rapid action force was created in 2001 much before the Disaster management act, 2005 came which established NDRF, SDRF.
Similarly, ODMA or Odisha Disaster Management Authority came in 1999.
These state policies were precursor to 2005 act that eventually came in national level.
