Boston Training Vlog and Why

So I went to Boston recently to train and to observe the NB Grand Prix, I wanted to watch my teammates compete so I could get into that mindset and mode for Nationals coming up this March in California.
It was my first time in Boston, very beautiful!
A lot of people might think, why travel and train just to watch a meet?
Besides loving the sport itself and seeing my friends compete, mindset is a very real thing in this sport.
When you're a pro athlete, traveling and doing what I did is a no brainer, because you're not just training, you're embracing and feeling the energy that curates through the competition, and what a weekend it was!
