I thought that mission had some but I think I’m thinking of the 25 calorie corn tortillas. I know I saw that awhile back Trader Joe’s had “carb savvy” corn tortillas. But I don’t have a TJ super close to me so I haven’t looked for them. Someone had them posted on Instagram.

Great meal prep!! ❤ I’ve been struggling the last few weeks with sweets. It’s like I HAVE to have sweets or else… I’m going to make those loafs and pray it helps me with my sweets cravings 😢 No idea why out of the blue I’m REALLY craving them.
I’ve read that hormonal imbalance can cause sugar cravings. I didn’t crave them as much as I have since I have started perimenopause. Also lack of sleep and some mineral deficiencies can cause it too.
I make my chicken enchiladas with sour cream. I haven't been able to find low carb corn tortillas. I will keep looking. Great meal prep!

I used 1 egg for the loaf and it turned out fine.

I just use low fat Mayo and a little Parmesan cheese. Bake it then add fresh tomatoes and cilantro. I like your recipes yum

@@JourneytoHealthy I’m in perimenopause myself. Found out last week 😑 and I’m a horrible sleeper. 😩
