We’re in cap hell bc of his bad GM’ihg. He’s a great businessman but a horrible football operations person. From coaching staff to player personnel he’s created a toxic culture here in Dallas. Jimmy Johnson had so much success at GM’ing and coaching Jerry will be dammed if anyone ever gets that type of shine on his watch. The results are a 30 year drought. Sad thing is when he’s no longer here Stephen will take over. He’s cheap asf. And we’ll be in even more shambles than we’re in now. The cowboys are gonna be like the raiders. Alottta glory days in the past but no recent success bc of how poorly they are ran by the owners families who don’t have a clue on how to run a successful football team. I find it interesting that the cowboys website does not allow comments on their articles. There is too much pie in the sky writing about Dak and McCarthy. There is a huge amount of disatisfaction with Dak and McCarthy. All Dak does is stand up in the interviews and say I will fix the turnovers and it continues. Watching that playoff game with SF, I has thinking....I wish Dallas had Purdy instead of Dak.

I LOVE Jerry. Love him. Everybody whining about this organization (especially Skip Bayless) can go take a leap off the bandwagon and STFU. I agree with his decisions and moves. Big Mike McCarthy made his bones calling plays when Kellen Moore was still in high school. I'm sure he personally feels he's superior to what the talented Mr. Moore was able to do in games. I saw Mike quizzical (and upset) on a more than a few key third downs at plays Kellen were calling (like running Zeke into a wall so many times). Nobody cries about Sean Peyton and Andy Ried or Sean Mcvey calling plays and they're not the only head coaches qualified to do that.
