Darn. Wish I knew earlier in the week. Our last full day is Friday (now), after 9 days of being in the JC area. Looking to retire (escape) from NJ in 8-10 years and NE TN is top choice. One of my odd priorities is a well and water softener. I cannot deal with chlorine in the water. I’m so excited about the access to quality beef out here as well. Such a special area!
