Hi your vegetables are looking so good. I was sent here by Grandma Sandy and I'm now a new subscriber. Looking forward to seeing if that's a leek or elephant garlic. Thanks for sharing and I'll see you in the garden 🤗

And I’m thinking about putting raise beds in my backyard. I have a bad leg and it’s really hard for me to garden now. We just have to make changes for we can still do the things we love.

I enjoy gardening so much I plan on doing it as long as I can get out to the backyard. Your channel has a lot to offer and I don't know why I haven't already seen your videos, but I don't plan on missing any more of them.

You can eat the little leeks kind of like in a stir fry. I have hundreds I dug this week and three buckets full! I gave one to my neighbor next door. I combined two buckets after planting a couple dozen baby leeks in a couple garden beds. Now I have a couple big planters I will try to put maybe 50. Still too many! Maybe I should clean and freeze the rest ro use in soups. 😊 BTW: you can tell it is a leek if it has the crease that goes up each leaf whereas onions have round leaves.

I can definitely tell the leeks from the onions, but the big one looks like elephant garlic leaves. I'm going to take that big one from the grow bag and if it is a leek I'll have some leek and potato soup.

Could you dry them and make a powder to use in all food like a salt.

I'm sure you could, but I found a place to plant them out, but that's a good idea, thank you.

It's leek greens and I will certainly keep it in mind for the next thinning. Thank you 😊
