Interesting video, I guess it's meant to make you feel uneasy with the sideways perspective like you feel like everything's going to fall over even though in reality it's upright. I'm tempted to fullscreen youtube on my phone and lock the phone screen so it doesn't rotate and watch it how it was filmed :D
