Isnt it weird (since sanzaru owns the rights to sly and they got bought by facebook) that our last hope of sly 5 is in the hands of facebook, and sony?
I know alot of the fanbase disliked sly 4 but i personally enjoyed sly thieves in time alot more gameplay wise, than the rest of the series. Other than that, i think the rest of the series had a better build up for the story, aesthetic, and art style. Its ashame we didnt get the lost in ancient egypt episode Ahahah wrote this out before i got to 5:46. I guess im right
I agree - I think it got way too much hate. I understand the writing is a bit dodgy and cringey, as well as the story being poorly constructed. But the game isn't unplayable. I had a good time with it. I looked at it with a certain perspective, that being when I look at other platformers such as Spyro and what the post Insomniac games were like, in comparison to the post SuckerPunch Sly game, it isn't all that bad. Not awful, but could be better.
Are you telling me that a videogame series exclusive for playstation whose focus is more on gameplay and level design than heavy story its abandoned by Sony? Geez, i wonder why...
