Prophetic seems useless with having to get 40 stacks. You need to get it early so you can stack but its so bad without stacks. Plus it seems it's bugged, the cooldown is 8 seconds instead of 5. They should at least make it that you get half of the evolved stats if you complete one set of 20 stacks.
