Your mom’s dinner looked so good! Just the right amount, not too much. Think Alaina looks so much like Omar. Though not Muslim, I tried joining in on the fast process last year. That lasted about 3 days. Thing is, I can’t eat late. Need at least 6-8 hours to assimilate food b4 sleep, otherwise acid reflux problem. I do intermittent fasting, have breakfast between 9-10am and have last meal between 2-4pm and don’t eat past 5pm except tea at night. Don’t know how you do large meals late into the evening! Liked your friend’s fashion designs. They’re very elegant, simple and pretty on you! That bathing suit could be a really nice top with pants too! Hope you all have a blessed and fruitful Ramadan season this year. 💖

Ps; my acid reflux has been working in full force against me in the past few days me this Ramadhan as well lol , although not too bad. I learned to avoid carbs and fried foods and eat less to keep it under control. 🥰

I have always struggled with stomach problems. I was diagnosed with gastritis. Over it got worse but, for whatever reason, it seemed to help when I didn’t eat meat. After I had my first daughter, I had to have my gallbladder and some gallstones removed. Alhamdulillah, I haven’t had ANY gastritis pain since I had it removed! I have also heard that eating a low fat diet is helpful as well as doing the FODMAP diet. Praying to Allah that you feel better soon! ❤️

I’m nursing but I manage to fast you should try it It’s not too bad or much different. When I was pregnant it was tough making up the whole 30 days alone.
Every woman is different and some doctors will recommend not fasting because it can cause you to lose milk supply, if you baby is older like 12 months then it wouldn't be a big deal 🤷♀️💖

Today my family invited our close family friends for iftaar it’s currently 2am in Australia and we just finished helping my mum pack up, I love Ramadan so much! It’s going insanely fast.
I had a lot of GI issues a few years ago and I went on a very strict Low FODMAP diet and it helped so much.

For the tummy troubles. Try a teaspoon of pure mint extract in half a cup of water and drink it. It should help move the air around and settle the tummy

Beautiful video, I have gastritis and a few things that really help are:
Camomile tea (organic, soothes your stomach) and Manuka honey in the morning has shown to be really beneficial as well. Try to avoid anything that is citrusy like lemons and stuff cuz it will burn really bad.
Ramadan Mubarak 💖. Try and take a good probiotic to heal your stomach, also ginger powder in some aloe vera juice and avoid drinking water with your meals. ❤️

Antacid tablets work for me when I have an attack from my gastritis. Also try sleeping on your left side at night if you can, it helps also.

Got chronic gastroenteritis so I'd say ispaghol husk helps the best,its just natural fibre,you take a spoonful daily ,you just kinda put it in your mouth and drink it with warm water,some people like to mix the spoonful in the water, personally don't prefer the taste it gets afterwards it gets kinda soggy and weird🤷🏻♀️ but ig you'll know what you prefer if you try it.. remember to drink it with warm water tho not cold that's the key

@@Withloveleenaofficial There are medicines for it as well but if you are going for household remedies then you can also try black kawa with lemon drops and mint leaves or Sprite that helps too. You should definitely look up yoga and such positions that help with the bowel movements to help the gas pass,they help tons when you get those random stomach pain.
