- The Uchiha clan are known by all and feared by many, especially when it becomes known that an uchiha clan member has the mangekyou sharingan. The basic sharingan was already one of the most dangerous kekkei genkai in the Naruto series, but the mangekyou sharingan took the power of the uchiha clan to an entirely different level.
Now, in the Boruto era, with the Boruto Naruto Next Generations anime and manga moving closer to the time skip, where Boruto vs Kawaki takes place, it's time for us to turn our attention back to the female member of team seven, Sarada Uchia!
Just what does the future hold for the daughter of Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura? Willl the teenage Sarada be able to surpass her uncle Itachi? Just what will her mangekyou sharingan powers be?

Mangekyou powers are user specific, its always symbolic to their character traits(amaterasu-hate,kamui-loss etc.)
So we can't deduct any powers of sarada before analysing her character

Also given the fact that her mother Sakura has crazy amounts of reserves and can use the thousand healing jutsu (I think correct me if I'm wrong) sarada can combine it with Mangekyo powers to heal her eyes (if that's possible) and have lots of chakra in reserve

I would like her to Awaken something related to the Japanese gods or folklore, since Sasuke had Amaterasu and Itachi Tsukuyomi, plus all the techniques of the Uchiha as Susanoo, Izanagi, Izanami and so forth. So maybe since one of her better afinities is Lighting make one of her eyes instead of creating an Amaterasu where it hits, a blast of pure electricity that lingers onto everything it touches and can be passed on if someone touches it, until the user puts it out, it can be called Raiden no Shiryoku "The Eyesight of Raiden", and the other be some Genjutsu where is like Izanagi where it overrides reality, but instead in a short period of time the luck of Sarada is always right and her opponents not, everything she does connects or hits but everything they throw or try to do at her does not, it can be called Bishamon no Unmei "The Fortune of Bishamon"

Sarada has a unique mixture of Sasuke and Sakura's skill set. She uses her sharingan for preliminary analysis of her opponent's weakness then prefers to use taijutsu to take them down. She seems to prefer taijutsu a little more than her long-range options (e.g. lightning ball and fireball). If her mangekyo sharingan abilities are to be synergistic to her fighting style, she'll need something to help improve her speed so she can rush at her opponents. Something like flight or teleportation (Something like flying raijin, not kamui). Actually, the time idea works pretty well too. She can effectively close the distance or escape quickly just by slowing down her target

She definitely has a lot of potential. I can imagine what will happen when Sarada enters the Susano'o form and activates the Hundred Sealing Justu (since she’s half Uchiha and does not possess the stamina to keep the sharingan active I think it’s even more beneficial for her to learn Strength of a Hundred Healings as back up chakra). It will probably act out how it acted out when Jugo and Sasuke were trying to kill Obito, Jugo released the sage chakra so he could let Sasuke's Susano'o attack with effect and that made the Susano'o much stronger. The seal will probably expand across her Susano'o and make it beyond broken.
The Grizzly's Sin of Sloth, King how do u know she doesn't have the stamina to keep the Sharingun active..I've seen her use fire style dodge sharakins all while the Sharingun wad activated..And when she fought the girl w/one of the ninja swords..She was using the Sharingun lighting style,genjutsu and copying the girls jutsu..And didnt show signs of running outta stamina

I expect her to get the 100 mark jutsu that let tsunade literally re attach her body after being split in two ( with the help of the slugs ). So defense should be not real issue and offense she already has the 5th hokages punch's. Sarada is only really dwarfed by her lack of chakra reserves to utilize everything she has. That is her big weakness.
Ok so every uchiha has there abilities from a personality trait.
Itachi from wanting to change the world he gained the ability to warp reality through genjutsu.
Madara through wanting to fight beside his brother again got limbo and through wanting to go back and erase regrets got the time jutsu you had mentioned. The weaker version of the jutsu that costs the user a eye.
The jutsu used on kabuto was well, wanting your clan to see the truth beyond there hatred.
Sarada wants to be HOKAGE. The power to fight not alone but alongside others. I expect her eyes to be focused on chakra. To personify the chakra that makes up susano since that chakra is nature chakra as it was able to wound the 10 tail jinchuriki. She will have healing jutsu, 100 marks self healing jutsu, sharingan sight and such but what she lacks and what makes sense for a uchiha that wants to be hokage? The ability to draw on the chakra around her, from nature itself, or from the dead since we know the full sharingan = rinnegan which can call the king of hell and revive people. Her only big weakness is a lack of chakra. To fight along side and make a ally out of the world itself or to have a link or borrow the chakra of the dead.

Left eye:To seek the truth about anything,of anything the left eye targets.Simce the left eye seeks truth,it can also nullify genjutsu and give extreme resistance when activated.
The right eye has the ability to bend the truth that the left eye seeked.For example:
The truth:Itachi activated Izanami
The bent truth:Itachi deactivated Izanami.
Edit:the left eye would also help me know anything about the person
So sasuke knows that sarada is half uchiha so I think that he has a plan if she is not able to unlock the MS and that plan is that he was pair of an uchiha eyes so he will give them to her

Two more abilities:
Left Eye - Levitation of herself or other objects. Her freedom from gravity represents her freedom from the Uchiha cycle of hatred.
Right Eye - Chakra Flow Enhancement Genjutsu. A genjutsu that actually enhances the chakra flow of her allies or herself, sort of like the 8 Gates. Representing her ability to bring the best out of others and her worthiness to one day be hokage.
Hmmm... Interesting my friend , really interesting ideas . For a moment i thought that her second eye ability will be something like advensed susano controll , because she wants to defend she could project smaller ( human sized ) susano armor on herself and others , it will drain much less chakra and will be great to finally see smaller / comprassed susano . Really imagin her in susano armor + seal , same as sakuras or better , here you have unkillable taijutsu user

Slowing down time is kinda OP, especially in duos. If she ever teams up with Sasuke, she could easily slow down time for Sasuke to either use Amatarasu or Chidori on their enemy. She might even get Amatarasu her self.

If we’re giving her time distortion that isn’t genjutsu based, I think this would be a neat idea. Let’s say she can make a “bubble” of space with increased gravity thus slowing time for those inside it. In that case give her left eye the ability to control the size and shape of the “bubble” shes creating, much like Amaterasu and kagatsuchi. I think this way you can give her a really cool and (eventually) powerful technique without instantly making her overpowered (because slowing time down for everyone around her would be useless in a fight, so she’d have to get better at using her left eye so it’s just her she’s affecting)
I have a couple of theory's about how/an when Sarada Uchiha unlocked her Sharingun..(First of all people are saying she unlocked her one tomeo sharingun when she felt happy when she met up w/sasuke in the episode when Naruto was goin to meet up w/sasuke,and shin uchiha made his surprise entrance.."But while sakura was in the hospital after she destroyed her house and shizuma said to her something about sarada had already unlocked the Sharingun..And that was before she met up w/sasuke..So there for it was SADNESS!!!NOT HAPPINESS!! THAT WAS THE CAUSE FOR HER AWAKENING HER SHARINGUN..."I say this cuz sarada has been sad that sasuke is never around"-Hence all the questions she kept asking her mom,which made sakura angry,and led to her punching the ground,the wrecked her house.

I would find it more interesting for Sarada to awaken some other form of the sharingan that doesn’t require her to go blind and isn’t unlocked through hatred. The mangekyo and a different form one that is harder to achieve and debatably weaker. Something that maybe doesn’t give her unique abilities but just allows her to use the sharingan more effectively without draining her stamina. That would give a reason why the uchiha instead of using this ability decided to go down the evil road of the mangekyo because it was arguably stronger and pure blood uchiha don’t have a problem maintaining the sharingan.
It’s called the eternal mangekyo sharingan an awakening which doesn’t cause blindness nor pain when using mangekyo she can obtain by implanting sauskes eyes when he dies
It would be broken, but given the fact that she is good at analyzing a situation and copying, it would be dope if she had one eye that could analyze and understand the nature & inner workings of any ability on sight, and the other eye to be able to copy the nature of that ability (including inherited bloodline abilities). Amaterasu that heals forever instead of burning forever. Having one eye that burns and one eye that heals.
Nc Idea. So for that to work, the healing eye has to be active for continuous healing, the problem with that is the blinding effect (unless if her MS would be unique bc of it awakening in the purest form of love). A limit to that healing is its speed. It would not require a storage of chakra rather the same amount as normal med ninjutsu, but its healing speed would be between the normal medical ninjutsu and the byakugou seal, being faster than the normal medical ninjutsu.
Sarada should be able to use certain forbidden or accident jitsu when her ms is activated such as ice style lava style wood style. Things of that nature

Late af but what If Sarada’s mangekyo ability is manipulating rays from the sun and enhancing her attacks with it like Sakura and Using it to attack her opponents like Amaterasu.
Also Sarada is the daughter of Sauske who has Amaterasu (the god of the sun) so her using a sun related ability makes sense in that way as well.
It could also keep Sarada relevant because imagine her using light speed attacks to attack someone also she could spam Kirin because she can use the sun as the source for heat.

I think madara has the ability of time manipulation his left eye allows him to reverse time for a few seconds and his right eye allows him to see even the slightest muscle and nerve movements allowing him to see his enemy attack or counter attack and dodge it so i though sarada ability will be different.
Slowing down time is a little too OP for a MGKYO Sharingan abilty tho. Feel like something like that should be a Rinnegan ability instead

I have two ideas for a genjutsu MS that is related to time.
One is simply the idea of a genjutsu that slows down an opponents perception of time in which they feel like their getting overwhelmed by Sarada's speed instead their just reacting very slowly.
The second is an idea where she casts a genjutsu into the opponents mind where they view a potential attack from her where she dies giving her either a chance at a suprise attack when the genjutsu concludes and the opponent thinks she's dead or gives Sarada insight as to whether her strategy would work.

I think her MS should be related to some dope genjutsu vs a physical type like Sasuke’s. You gotta think about her other strengths.. she’s highly intelligent, has monster strength just as her mom (combined with her sharingon is deadly already) her chakra control and shuriken jutsu. by the time Sarada awakens her MS she’ll already be a force to be reckoned with. It’d be great to see some more of her genjutsu displayed in a new light through the MS

Because of the fact that both Boruto and Himiwari have whiskers due to Naruto being the Jinchuriki of Kurama, it would be neat if Sarada's Mangekyou was influenced by Sasuke having the Rinnegan. Give her one eye that manipulates time, and one that manipulates space. Have neither be incredibly OP, like not to the point where she can travel to different dimensions like Sasuke, but instead, have her be able to teleport objects a few inches or maybe a foot away from it's original space, and have the time manipulation work in a way where she can slow down time to like... half. It's a scenario where both on their own are neat and useful, but combined together in the right scenarios could make for some really cool epic moments.

It would be extremely powerful if she had habilities like the Deva path, it would work well with her fighting style.
Right eye - Repulsion, like a wave of concussive force in a line or cone from her eye.
Left eye - Attraction, lock onto something and pull it straight towards her.
And it could evolve into something even stronger down the line, like saying her power bends space to achieve it, allowing her to maybe use a miniature Flying Raijin by bending the space between herself and her target and repositioning herself to her target's immediate vicinity.
sarada will have a byakugo seal for each eye pupil
left eye be a kamui which places hiraijin markings on multiple targets plus chakara enhanced athletic abilities(speed agility quickness jumping ability change of pace change of direction durability flexibility short area quickness reflexes reaction time explosiveness hand speed ect)
right eye will give sarada full time control abilities(time reversal time stop bullet time ect)
I don't can't think of another power sharingan itself but the susanoo being around her body

I imagine based on her brute strength she might get a bare knuckles heavy armor-tank like brawling red Susano with blaze release strikes or lightening release strikes. Her eyes might allow her to predict and see future outcomes of battle to an extent. For example she can see three or four moves ahead based on the actions she takes to see how an opponent might respond. Which can be countered if an opponent is a much greater strategist then she can predict. The only stipulation being she could only use three to five times in near death scenarios, not to rewind time, but glimpse into the future when she is going to take a lethal blow. And in that case she would not have to activate it, but it would activate on its own as a survival instinct. Though she would still have to be using mangekyo Sharigan for the ability to take effect. Though even though she sees the outcome an opponent can be so powerful or have her at a disadvantage to the point that she may have to choose between death and a near fatal injury. This could also potentially help her compensate for the lack of speed in her susano, which may have a different style from the usual offensive medium, offensive long range attacks of other Susano. Hers being short range attack, defense and support which may provide high collateral damage through environmental destruction or punching the ground. An ability unique to her susano can be a green healing flame, or phoenix regeneration flame she can use to heal extensive injuries even grow back limbs which can be used on herself, or at most one other team member or multiple. Though it could potentially decrease the defensive capabilities of her susano opening her up to more dangerous and fatal counterattack. The pinnacle of her healing ability being similar to rinne-rebirth except she gets resurrected or can resurrect one person upon death at the loss of her left mangekyo Sharigan. Or the mangekyo Sharigan resets to base Sharigan and she has to go through the emotional baggage of killing another best friend to reawaken the power. This is just my Crack pot opinion, I may not know the naruto lore to know if this could work.

I know this is 2 years late but I hope you see this anyways, I think her right eye ability should create or summon flames from the sun which get stronger in the day but weaker at night, and the flames can still be put out with a heavy amount of water release and can’t be absorbed by the karma seal (since the flames are natural). The reason why I chose this ability was because of her mangenkyo design that looked like a sun in kishimoto’s art (and because you said something about Sarada being “the light” of the uchiha clan. I don’t have anything for the left eye yet but I’ll think of one or someone can give me suggestions.

Also a good name for this dojutsu would be Benzaiten en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benzaiten According to wikipeida: Benzaiten is the goddess of everything that flows: water, TIME, words, speech, eloquence, music and by extension, knowledge. So yeah for a jutsu that controls the flow of time it would be a good choice.

Therefore, witnessing the death of Naruto, Boruto, Sasuke, Sakura, or Chocho should be enough. However, it may not be as Sarada is not a full-blooded Uchiha. If she gets MS in both eyes, she will unlock the potential to use a Susanoo and two additional abilities. I hope at least one of those abilities is one we haven't seen before.
Sarada' mangekyo (sorry if I spelt that wrong) can absorb chakra(an by doing that it replenishes hers) one is short ranged and the other is libg ranged

2nd eye- some sort of phasing/ kamui ability like obito

Imo it'd be boring and bland to see them recycle mangekyo abilities, and honestly, those abilities are big parts of other characters identities. So to give those powers to sarada with no good reason would just seem like the writers are trying to go for a power move with Sarada's arsenal(if they chose those abilities).

Saradas Ms ability I think will be light,
maybe cause of saradas bad eyesight they could put a spin on it and say its because of her dormant ms ability 'the ability to control the light in a certain rage' To make her ms ability to be able to control light in her field of vision, so she can essentially as one ability create a field surrounding her and her opponent where theres no light. And second abiility to form jutsu out of light obviously with light such as sunlight being gamma radiation so u can see how light jutsu would be harmful this coupled with the byakugou seal to repair damage done to her mangekyou and the likelihood that through gaining a relationship with katsuyu being able to summon her and all she’ll likely go on her own journey to learn sage mode like naruto which makes sense due to the role reversal and become the first slug sage we’ve seen, slug sage stacked on top of the byakugou seal and mangekyou sharingan with these abilities puts her atleast on hashiramas level in raw power the we have the fact that as a kinda climax of the entire series type of thing sasuke could partition his 6 paths chakra to her the same way hagoromo did him and she doesn’t awaken the rinnegan but like we saw with kakashi/obito she gets a 6 paths amp amping her visual prowess and her physical capability which would then allow her to get closer to sasuke in power

One eye can heal all properties such as poisons burns etc, and fully recovers injuries of herself and other people. The other eye can buff her own elemental jutsu and others around her. The others have to be in a certain radius though. On top of her susanoo and her strength and if she develops the healing jutsu she would be the most broken healer of all time.
It's not anything super OP just a decent idea. I couldnt think of anything else and I wanted my opinion very different and incorporate some type of way of healing in case she doesnt learn sakuras insane healing jutsu. Plus she can already copy ninjutsu. Etc etc. She would be a menace.

The Mangekyou powers do not have to be related, they can be completely different powers, case and point itachi one eyes was genjutsu and the other was amatatsu . So Sarada can have potential any combination on powers.

i definitely think that she will inherit the Amaterasu and i think the time slowing ability would be cool but aside from that I would like to see her get an ability where shew can enhance body in speed, strength, intellect, ect. I think this would work perfectly with her character since the increase in speed would allow her to close distance and use her strength she inherited from sakura to shit on kids. Also the increase in strength from the ability on top of her already crazy strength she has will just make her god tier in hand to hand combat. AND on top of that the increase in intellect will allow her to utilize her sharingan's perception abilities better since she will be able to formulate strategies on the spot, like shikamaru, while in the middle of a fight. It would kind of be similar to the 8 inner gates in a sense to where it would only last for a short amount of time but the power boost would be wild but instead of like dying as a repercussion she would just suffer the regular side effects of any mangekyou ability in which her eyes would bleed and she would go blind unless she gets new eyes.
If she gets some type of stoping/slowing time ability there would be a barrage of THE WOOOORLDDDD memes xd
What if she could create chakra barriers to protect allies? (Kinda like truth seeking orbs, but only limited to defence). This would give her good defence along with her already powerful firepower making her certainly able to be Hokage. After all, she would be able to protect the village with that ability and it would be nice for someone in team 7 not just be evasive but also be defensive

Yea I looked more into this idea but didnt really find what powers she could get from her mangekyo. Then I found this character from a Persona game named kushinadahime who had the ability of Precognition. Basically she could look into the future for a couple seconds. So I think that all of these time based abilities might actually be true
I think the mangekyo sharingan powers reflect what the user wants most or something ironic like how shisui got the ability to control peoples will and he got his mangekyo bc he let a friend die

I’ve notice in the anime that when her sharingan is activated, she unleashes her monster strength. It might be inherited but maybe her sharingan possesses her to have a very precise chakra control without the need of concentrating chakra to an extent for years like the byakugo seal. But then again she could use the 100 healings to heal the eye damaged caused by the MS.
