Dear Andrew I really like your videos. In my opinion they are very helpful. I have a question. Will you post videos on "Present Perfect Continous" and "Past Perfect Continous"? Thanks in advance.
Before listening your video I want to say: you are the best English teacher of all RUclips. I started studying this amazing language with you. I didn't know the difference between simple present and continous so thank you. ❤ I have a question: Does the verb get means also understand?I've just finished your old English test 2 mistakes on 15 questions after more 2 months of sofa in Quarantine 😍. Thanks Andrew.
I've just made 2 English level test 1st A2 but I didn't read right the second B2😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍thank you Andrew for your lessons I started with all the tenses watching you video. I got a bit crazy when I knew the future continous....but this B2 is for you and for your help. I can't afford an English course so thanks again a strong strong strong hug
Laura TotusTuus 👨🏻🏫 Hello, Laura. Mr Teacher here in England 🏴. I have an answer to your question. You can use ‘get’ to mean understand. It is used most often in casual, informal speech. I hope this is helpful for you.
Hi dear Andrew, ☺️ I've a joke for you (and for everybody) : Why do French only have one egg for breakfast? Because one egg is an "œuf"!!! (one egg is enough!!! 😂👍)
Cristina P It’s a French joke! 😁 Only French people (with basic English) or English people who know what does “egg” mean can understand! 😅 ruclips.net/video/Ab2o_Ca69CQ/видео.html
Sir, As if I have a doubt, I want to know . If we make sentences in As if , 'As if sentences after 'we want to use past tense or present tense.? Example 1)She sounds, As if she has won the match. Or 2)She sounds, as if she wins the match. 1)she feels,as if all her problems had gone. Or 2)She feels, as if all her problems is gone. 1)She looks, as if she knows the answer. Or 2)she looks, as if she knew the answer. 1)the Car looks as if it had met with an accident . Or 2)The car looks as if it meets with an accident. Is there any rules to follow ? How to use could you please tell me?
Mohamed Mifras 👨🏻🏫 Hello, Mohamed. Mr Teacher here in England 🏴. I have an answer to your question. Your example sentences are almost correct. All you need to do is make certain that the verbs agree - present + present, past + past. Try this with your example sentences. I hope this is helpful for you.
Emy Eman 👨🏻🏫 Hello, Erny. Mr Teacher here in England 🏴. The meaning of ‘fair enough’ is this. My friends are talking about going to the park. I wanted to go to the cinema, but I went to the park instead. ‘Fair enough’ I said. ‘All of us will enjoy ourselves there.’ I hope this is helpful for you.
