I've never understood jetlag. I can fall asleep literally any time of the day be it USA or Japan, Antarctica or Arctic. Just give me some quiet and I'm gone.
I'm always on high alert and can get overly annoyed and over stimulated with harsh sounds but this is just very sensitive and simple. Thank you for relaxing me so much ❤

Oh my god this is the best ASMR I've ever heard my ears are really sensitive to sound and even on the lowest volume my ears make it sound like it's full volume and it hurts but this is the first ASMR I've found that actually doesn't hurt my ears and It helped me relax and fall asleep please do more of this it's amazing and it's the only thing that has actually helped me fall asleep✋🥲
