    Great demo. Just purchased this unit at Quartzite this past January. We have researched the internet for demos to install this same unit. Then I found your demo. Great. I do have one question: Several video's show installing a pressure relief valve, using a "T" adapter at the back of the unit. Some say you do need one, others say NO. Found one definition that distinguishes between a gas or electric device. This uses both DC and gas. Now what ??. So, how can I find out if our unit needs such a safety device. Our model is: FG-SBMC-11. Thanks

      Thanks for reaching out ~ you do not need to install a pressure relief valve because the unit has both an internal manual pressure relief valve installed, as well as an automatic pressure relief valve in the unit.     I just installed this unit and I was getting a E5 error and i was able to clear that. Now Any idea on what i can not get the fan or burner to operate. I have gone through all the trouble shooting ideas in the manual. My water flow is above the minimum needed. LP tank is connected and full. Just a note once i cleared the E5 error and turn the system on it heated the water for about 5 seconds and then turned off. I have not been able to get the fan or burner to turn on since then. Do you have any troubleshooting tips?

      @scottybdiving thank you so much for your comment ~ this was actually a typo in the title of this video, not sure how this slipped through the cracks but we have since updated per your comment. Apologies for the confusion, we posted this the same day as a few of our Dual Fuel videos on our Installed Generators (4000i/5500i) and must have messed on the title. Thank you again!
