These guys are part of a large group of friends in the standup community and it's not unthinkable for Theo to have simply shown up to Bobby's house(with the permission of Khalayla of course) unbeknownst to Bobby to film the initial part of this skit. Obviously once they get to the restaurant it's clearly planned out, but the whole bit when Bobby came home seemingly unaware that Theo would be there with a crew, could very well be a legitimate reaction, at least for those first few moments in the entrance of his apartment.
