This is from a DVD? Sounds like it's recorded on an old school cassette, boom box, from the 80's? No drums, or.. well, I here Buzz and Patton, screaming like he's at a Muslim deheading.. Nice video view, though!
Are you from the US? Your grasp on the English language is tenuous at best.
Can't speak for Tomahawk, but Patton had no input on the Melvins/Lustmord project. I also wish that mike had sat this one out when performed live...
C´mon!! This is a superb dark ambient sludgy materpiece and all Patton is doing is destroying it by putting some annoying screams on it.. Patton is cool but sometimes the guy crosses the line. This is a purely obscure instrumental, do something else while Buzzo does his thing, drink water, stretch the legs but don't ruin it..
It gets tiresome hearing people rant about how great Patton is. He's my favorite singer and definitely a master but he had NOTHING to do with writing this song. It's a Melvins/Lustmord song and since Patton, I guess, felt he had to do something in this performance, he sings a bit over it.
This especially sucks when it's a band that Patton only has so much influence over; like Tomahawk which is pretty much Duane Denison's band. Mike's a genius but he surrounds himself with geniuses, too.
no shit...
Buzzo is not better than Dunn.
