      Given that migration is driven by lack of investment it would take a minimum of 4 years to get nurses trained to alleviate the shortages being filled domestic nurses this will take over a decade to sort out minimum.

      Doubtful. Badenoch won't make it to the next GE, she is woeful. Reform strength is a good thing for Labour. For generations the left saw its vote split between Labour and Lib Dems making elections much easier for Tories. As long as Reform remains relevant, Tories are going to have a very rough ride going forward. At this point, it is long odds on that Labour get another term.

Angela Raynor, when asked a question deflects, ignores what she was asked and just says what Conservatives did or did not do. I live in such a strong Labour area, working class and deprived according to statistics and people both young and old here who have never previously voted anyone except Labour are saying they will not vote Labour for this lot of **** Labour are so out of touch with the people who have stood by them all their lives.     We should all be concerned about the rise of the hard right throughout Europe and the US. Trump will be in power shortly and Italy and Hungary already have right wing governments. The right are making their presence felt in Germany, France, Holland and now the UK. Falling living standards, higher unemployment and increasing immigration are giving right wing populists opportunities to exploit. When the easy answers don’t work do we get progressively more right wing ? Europe has been there before.

The problem is the Tories never allocated money to it. Pensioners who meet the threshold can claim winter fuel allowance through pension credit or home support fund. Not listening

I wrote a letter to the Prime Minister nearly 3 weeks ago, telling him how disgusted I was that we would loose our winter fuel allowance. Liz Kendal is claiming £350 per month for heating allowance for her £4 million mansion, I hope she is nice and warm this winter.😡🥶
