Is Gas Huffing still profitable compared to the risk of worm hole day-tripping? I heard gas was not as good now that faction cruisers don't need it anymore. I don't know for sure though.
The demand for gas has gone down somewhat, but gas (especially wormhole gas) is still so profitable that I can't recommend it enough.
i apreciate the fact that you tried, but the game is over 20 years old . you shouldve done a bit more research
you assumptions are not incorrect but they are not right. you can make billions but you have to be dilligent.
Yes, you can make billions, but not on day one. I don't want to set new players up for failure by teaching them things are difficult/next to impossible to reproduce.
your rates on gashuffing are wrong. its 1.5hrs to fill a venture with Gas Scoop 1 and the most valuable gas is 34mil for 500m3.
Unfortunatly the Mykoserocin got butchered. Before the Patch 100m possible in a t1 venture, was good times.

5000m3 ore hold, rats keep spawning which you can't fight, you're also defenseless against any neutrals that might come looking for you. Difficulty is hard, not easy, and the income is a lot lower than what you list.
Meanwhile, 0 mentions of highsec escalation hunting. e.g. the 3/10 Serpentis Narcotics Warehouse is the easiest way for new players to get that first 100mil ...
Rats don't keep spawning. They spawn periodically. This isn't wave after wave like a combat anom. If you keep your transversal up by orbiting the rock you're mining, most won't apply. Alternatively, you can just warp off and warp back to another rock that's further away. As I said in the video, stealing moon ore is better suited to a group of intrepid YOLO miners rather than a solo miner.
Like I said, this is not all the options these are just the ones I'd do. We could spend all day going over potential options for making ISK, but these are just highlighting the ones I would do myself if I could go back and do things over.
