Nice. Other people making apocalyptic claims that the CA economy is "collapsing" and businesses shutting down, but important observations prove otherwise.Your testimony of the area in North York solidifies evidence I have already seen that in the cities (main economic drivers of Canada's economy), things are going full speed. Consumer spending is already high again. I am proud of our great country and it's powerful economic recovery!

This mall has grown so much over the years, they have pictures in the hallway leading to the bathrooms that show what it used to look like over the years. I've known this mall since the 80s. On a normal day this mall is so busy you can't walk through so many people and parking lots are full to capacity.

Yes. I’ve been going since I was a child and seen it through it’s growth over the last 30+ years. It truly is the mother of all malls. I hope if they do expand with a mixed-use development it will be similar to Galleria on the Park. Community living and not just shopping and condos.

Toronto switched to stage 3 at the start of this month so malls re-opened. Before that they were closed. Well technically stage 2 malls could be open but only pharmacies or restaurants stores that had entrances interdependent of the mall. Other stores were not allowed to open.

I love you video with explanations but I did not like the mall itself! looks like every other mall in the USA. same shops. no uniqueness, nothing special. and I myself hate shopping and hate malls, they are boring and I prefer to save my money for important things then spending on nonsense :)
