    What is tennis elbow?
Tennis elbow is lateral epicondylitis, involving inflammation of the tendons of you wrist and hand extensor muscles. These tendons attach to your lateral epicondyle.
    What is golfers elbow?
Golfers elbow is medial epicondylitis, involving inflammation of the tendons of your wrist and hand flexor muscles. These tendons attach to your medial epicondyle.
I demonstrate how to use a massage ball to fix both types of elbow pain.
Try these massage ball techniques and leave a comment letting me know how they work for treating your symptoms of golfer's and tennis elbow.

I have had a serious case of tennis elbow....been using everything I know to make progress....except for this specific detailed exercise. Just performed it and it is causing some release....feeling some tension points release on both ends...wrist...elbow. This should go wonderfully with my arsenal of tennis elbow specific exercises....man this condition has been like a devil sent straight out of hell into my life...and I am fighting it diligently with everything I got. This is a pin point precision weapon nailing the problem right where it counts the most....and should pair well with strengthening exercises...for extensors and flexors. Thanks a billion.

Great stuff, Doc! The golfer's elbow has gotten me lately and some of this deep pressure stretching before and after exercise is helping tremendously. Thanks for the great info!

would a massage gun be useful or work in the same way? I have pain on both sides of my forearm arm and clicking shoulders with tenderness in the joint area

I'm a fan of massage guns. Definitely helpful but the fascial release work is very important. Good luck!!

I currently have tennis elbow symptoms on my left arm and golfers elbow symptoms on my right 😀 this will be a great help, thanks. I have recently developed a lot of clicking in both my elbows, could this be a byproduct of these conditions or could it be something else, maybe tight triceps muscles? Thanks again.

The clicking might go away with treatment. However, you might want to check out one of my videos on triceps. Good luck!!
