I got a pair of RICHIE ANKLE BRACES just a short time ago. After using them a few weeks a screw came loose on one of them. I took them back to my Dr. believing that all they needed was a screw. To my surprise they had to be sent back to the factory . It has now been 4 weeks I have talked to my Dr. and he said there is nothing he can do to speed up the process . I find this matter very very poor service for something as simple as a SCREW take over 4 weeks .I hope some future patient will see this and have a second thought. I would hope that some one in management will read this and be concerned enough to look into this matter. The braces were life changing for me when I first got them but it has created quite a hardship without them and all because of one screw. Thanks, Captain K. Chase
