Great job. Brandon just addressed the ear drum thing on his channel if you or anyone else wants to check it out. 🙏. If you don't have time to listen, he basically says he added in his own interpretation due to immaturity and that he understands he needs to not add in his own ideas when the Lord speaks and he apologizes.

We live in such a spiritually poor time, that believers ready to buy false prophecies as a word from God.
In the bible days, the evil Israeli kings who led the country down a wrong path, always....ALWAYS had prophets who told them what they wanted to hear. There were usually only one or two, maybe three men of God during each period where Israel went astray. People act like every man who called themselves of God were always followed, heck half the Prophets were killed and most by their fellow Jewish/Israeli brothers.
The reason they were placed in our bible is over the years their words were deemed to be of God and their Prophesies were fast and true. The real problem is human being have to be able, by the holy spirit, to tell what is of God and what is not.
I have no opinion regarding Brandon’s prophecy, however I was blessed by the end of your video Brother Joshua, admonishing God’s people to get back to the basics of Christianity, such as reading our Bibles and praying. Sadly, we have taken one of the most beautiful gifts, instituted by God (prophecy), and turned it in to a complete circus. People have literally become a bunch of prophetic junkies, instead of just mastering the basics of having a relationship with God. Thank You Brother Joshua for your obedience. I think he’s a great man of God God uses who he chooses. He says clearly in His word to listen to His prophets for they will warn us for what is yo come. Read His word. Having seen so much misuse of prophecy, I see why people disregard them and that is a shame. We all need wisdom, knowledge and understanding, without which, we parish. I'm not wanting to knock Justin Peter's, but your approach to prophetic ministers is much more acceptable. I agree with you and the research you do using the Bible is admirable.
Justin Peters is a heretic and has come close to committing the Unpardonable Sin.
My hope and prayer is that the Lord saved Trump's life not just to save his life, but to save his soul. Not just to have him be President either. The Lord gave me my first prophetic dream about Reagan on election night in 1980 and told me to pray for his survival--he was wounded in the chest in my dream. But when it happened five months later (he gave me the timing) he did not protect James Brady, who was brain damaged and disabled. Two others were wounded in that shooting. So I don't think we can say that God didn't protect Reagan because he didn't protect Brady and the two others. I don't understand that (I don't have to), but am I convinced that God saved Reagan's life that day or He wouldn't hav given me the dream. And I believe the same about Trump actually in this shooting, though I had no dream about him.

One thing I have noticed about prophecy. Those giving prophecy can insert their own opinions in it and pass it off as from the Lord. In the day of Paul telling the Corinthians, to desire spiritual gifts, especially that you might prophesy. These things were in a much more purer form. These things have become so corrupted. I know that a lot of people believe that one false word = false prophet. I also do not believe that, this is not how the Lord would teach us to rightly judge this. My question has always been if this is the standard for prophecy, what about the same zero grace standard for every other gift’s manifestation? It is infeasible and and utterly destructive. Being led by fear has never been conducive to health and freedom.

They just said two terms so if he wins this one then they are correct they just thought it would be back to back but God had other plans. The Prophecy about Trump's ear is correct. Even Trunews and Rick Wiles reported the stunning accuracy of this prophecy.
Like most prophecies, this one came close to the bullseye but still missed it. I take no confidence in words from man that are claimed to have come from God, except for the inspired Word of God, full of accurate prophecies that can be trusted. Jesus gave us plenty of warnings that many still do not heed so why do we need more? One week prior to the shooting I was strongly compelled to pray for protection and that no one in this political saga would be assasinated. I obeyed. I still mourn for the life of Brother Corey and the loss for his family, as well as the lost soul of the shooter who left this world as a murderer. Pray saints. I Tim 2:1-6
Thanks Joshua for this video and thank you for giving Brandon at least a little bit of grace. I have been listening to some of his videos for about as long as I have been listening yto yours. Three times you said you would not recommend his videos. You also said his videos are gloom and doom. If I were you, I would be careful about not recommending his videos. You may end up regretting the possibility of turning people away from prophetic words they need. At first, I thought Brandon was flakey. But his prayer life, his love for souls, his love for the body of Christ, his preaching of holiness, his sincere and honest faith and his continual quoting of scripture began to influence me in a deep way. I would have to say honestly that it got down into my spirit much more than your videos, although I get something from yours as well. Anyway, Brandon, like all of us, is a work in progress. He is not educated, and like you, he has dyslexia. God is using him, and I believe that he is a man after God's heart. Many of the things he sees in his visions and dreams are things scientists, economists and prophetic voices have also predicted. So, he could also be getting influenced by what he hears from others and not everything might be revelation from above. But I believe he is actively preaching for people to get right with God and I believe he is doing it with love and patience. I do not think he is a gloom and doom person. He speaks continually of an endtime harvest of souls. He continually expresses a genuine, brokeness and love for the lost and the body of Christ. So I believe that you inaccurately portray him and his message and I would caution you about this. You also likened his prediction of 350 million deaths to the days of Noah. First of all, he said 3M in the US and 350M worldwide. So you did not portray his words accurately. Second, with the flood, God said He would never wipe out all of mankind again and He gave us a rainbow as a covenant. To compare the flood and all mankind, to 350M dying worldwide out of 5 billion and counting is dead wrong and inaccurate use of analogy, in my opinion. Now let's get into the prophecy a little bit. You know that with prophecy or dreams you first have the prophecy itself, then you have the interpretation, then you have the application then you have the timing. A lot of true prophecy is skewed by prophetic people adding their interpretation. Rick Joyner once said of Bob Jones to listen to his prophetic words, but run when he tries to tell you what they mean. Consider this: how on earth does one get a busted eardrum from a bullet zinging by their head? Bullets shot from 150 yards away are not breaking the sound barrier when they go by your ear. It is very possible that Brandon saw Trump bleeding from the ear and ASSSUMED that it was a busted eardrum, since broken eardrums often cause bleeding. He could have received an accurate word from God, but explained it inaccurately. If so, this would show a shallow understanding of how to administer prophetic words rather than innacuracy. You also failed to mention that Brandon mentioned that he spent the entire night before the assassination attempt, awake, interceding for Trump. And I think your failure to mention this is significant. Brandon often says that bad outcomes can sometimes be averted or lessened through prayer. So, contrary to your gloom and doom depiction, Brandon says he doesn't want these things to happen and invites people to intercede with him for better outcomes. Brandon also saw a blonde woman also trying to kill Trump. This could be another attempt on his life or someone trying to kill him off as a candidate, but I think it is another death threat. Brandon on most occasions calls himself a "prophetic intercessor" which I think is an accurate job description of what the Lord has called him to do. In only one video, and I believe it was one too many, he called himself a "prophet". I take that with a grain of salt, but God could be training him for this in the future. I would never tell anyone that I don't recommend your videos. But to tell you the truth although I hunger to learn and grow from those I listen to, the core of my being is being changed by the Lord more through Brandon's videos than yours. He also doesn't make statements to people and not follow through on his promises. So, in this way also I find him to be sincere and trustworthy to listen to, and at the same time I try to "eat the fish and spit out the bones" so to speak which all of us need to do with your or anyone's messages. We are prophesying in part, until that whch is perfect (Jesus) returns. Acts 17:10 And we can also hold to this very valuable scripture, Eze 33:33 "And when this comes to pass-surely it will come-then they will know that a prophet has been among them.” We know for certainty, once we see things happen. 😉

I’ve been watching his videos for about a year. I was starting to be on the fence on watching him anymore because I was starting to question things he was saying and I was beginning to feel inadequate due to his super spirituality and feeling like I wasn’t close to that. Then this weekend happened and it’s like everyone discovered him and there was a prophecy that might actually have happened. He was due to be on Sid Roth’s program but I think they nixed him due to finding out what happened about ten years ago. Then Brandon apologized on his channel and said that he believed that was set to happen ten years ago and he promised would happen then didn’t. He now says that what he prophesied then was delayed and it much of it is what he’s talking about on his channel now. I don’t agree with all his theology. He’s very WOF and very pre-trib, But, he does have a heart for God. That’s very clear.

I fear that the Justin Peters' of this world have pushed a number of us back on our heels. We are so preoccupied with "judging prophecy" from a skeptic's point of view that we miss the entire purpose and function of the revelatory gifts. (Justin postures himself as the world's greatest expert in matters for which he has absolutely no experience!)
Are we to judge prophecy? Absolutely. But, first things first. When God gives a word, it is with the intent of activating those who are alive and awake in Him to move--both in prayer and in other practical ways. If we're stuck in the paralysis of analysis, we're not going to be positioned to weigh those things through the Spirit of Truth who dwells within us. So much of these things will sort themselves out in time, and I'm afraid that there is not currently the ecclesiastical infrastructure and maturity to try to make universal judgments about many of these words at the time that they are released.

I think you should take this video down, Joshua and apologize to Brandon as well as to your audience. In my opinion, this is shameful. You say let's be kind to our Christian brother, then throw him under the bus 3 times by telling your audience you don't recommend his videos. He's got some teachings that I know the Lord is working on him about. He is honest and sincere in my opinion, although sincerity doesn't count for much against the Word. Aren't your followers more in the category of mature believers who have the ability to discern between right and wrong and have the ability to apply Acts 17:10 as we are all admonished to do? I sincerely believe that you are wrong, and I hope it is not out of jealousy that you are "warning" people about Brandon. I would have hoped that you had learned more from John Paul's teachings . @john4226 I used a truth-grace approach with Brandon. When I spoke the truth I did it in love. I do like Brandon as a person. I have some concerns about his teachings. I was just being honest. As I watched other videos on the same subject many brought up similar points. Remnant Radio with three pastors said the same things I did. I love Brandon and I'm happy God is Expanding his ministry. @TornCurtainIJoshuaSimone Hi Josh. I understand that Remnant Radio agrees with you. It doesn't make the opinion right, nor does my opinion make me right. Brandon has a long way to go and needs prayer and guidance. I am very surprised by his transparency and willingness to admit error and grow. You may have missed some impactful videos by him. He seems to have quite a bit of influence by Kenneth Hagin and that movement. But the Lord has rebuked him for some of his prayers and attitudes. We all need revelation regarding discerning between what the Holy Spirit teaches us and what we've learned from man. I think he is in a good place and growing. I'm more concerned with Remnant Radio. I do think they may think a little too highly of their opinions. I'm concerned about brethren becoming modern day pharisees. Blessings to you and thanks for trying to explain your point of view. Maybe I'll be proven wrong but I still think you should take the video down. Brandon is on the right path growing and learning in my opinion. The dynamic between humility and authority is a difficult tighrope.

I sat under teaching from Billy Joe Daugherty and Victory Christian Center for a few months. They had both good and flawed teaching. I see and hear quite a bit of it from Brandon. These Oklahoma brethren with their good and bad brought fulltime missionaries to Russia and bought literally millions of dollars worth of Bibles for new Russian Christians. They truly put their money where their mouths were. I think it is good to eat the fish and spit out the bones, searching the scriptures with everything we hear. Joshua, I have faith in you, I pray for you and I know that you are trying to do good and steer the church away from error. Roman's 14:4 talks about judging someone else's servant. I think we can judge prophecy or ministry or teaching without judging the person. It's a very thin line, when we're not exposing sin or blatant heresy. Brandon, as I said, is a prophetic intercessor and I think he's doing a pretty good job with his prayer life and huge, kind heart for people.

You said the great majority of your viewers likely judge one to be a false prophet, based on a single false prophecy. (I confess, by this standard, I qualify as a false prophet.) But, this is not even close to the way prophecy was approached in the NT. In fact, by this standard, both Agabus and Paul were false prophets! I'll explain:
1 Agabus said that the Jews were going to bind and take the one whose belt with which he was bound (i.e. Paul's belt), and deliver Paul up to the Gentiles (Acts 21). In fact, the opposite appears to have played out, when it comes to the details of the account. Rather, Gentile soldiers rescued Paul from the Jews, and kept him from being taken by them.
2. Paul was being taken as a prisoner by Roman soldiers by ship to Rome (Acts 27). First, Paul spoke that the voyage was to end with disaster and much loss--ship, cargo, and lives (v. 10). Next, he declared that an angel showed him that there would be no loss of life, only the ship (vv. 22-26). Then, he warned the centurion of a previously unmentioned condition--"Unless these men stay on the ship, you cannot be saved (v. 31)." Then, he declared that a "hair would not fall from the head of any" of them (v. 34). What say all skeptics out there?
False prophets! Right? These matters have some nuances and complexities that are not being properly considered and weighed.
