Actually reflective mulch film does have some advantages over the plain black type. In hot areas the sunlight is reflected away this keeping the film cooler, which keeps the soil cooler and also increases condensation of evaporation soil moisture. This causes the moisture to drop back into the soil instead of escaping into the atmosphere through the holes ( even though this is a fraction of the total). Additionally the reflected sunlight to the undersides of the leaves enhance photosynthesis for better growth and also discourage some pests from breeding on the leaves and stems, especially mites
That's after paper is laid we will align the drip line before connecting to the main water pipe and hence will make sure the holes are in place as per requirement
