If you havent already figured it out, I would stay away from amazon blades and just get the Roland blade from your vinyl distributor. That solved all my cutting issues that were inconsistent.

    Hello Mark,
I watched some of your videos and I have a question for you. I got the same printer/cutter, but I cant really make clean cuts thru vinyl, only for circles and easy forms yes, but as soon i get in to corners or difficult cuts it starts bringing the vinyl.
My question is, do you use 60 or 45 degree blades for those cuts? I watched a video of the tacoma decals you made and they came out really clean. Do you mind telling me which blades did you use? and i guess it was .500 offset?

When you make the cutlines just make sure you soften the hard edges. I use a 60 degree blade now @ .500 just do alot of test cuts from the machine to get the right pressure.

Did you find out where to buy the new blades? I need to change mine out on my vg3 also but I don’t know where to buy them from.

      Yes! I got you. It’s a 3rd party blade.

I did try that out. But didn’t add it on the video 🤣 it was still too long that the cap didn’t screw in place

@@GrafixLabLV ok yeah I just checked on one of my old roland blade holders, it's not like the graphtec ones.
