I loved this ride when I was little. Probably because it was space themed and it had Buzz
Some of the sounds of this ride have been so deeply embedded into my mind, and hearing them again brings back so many amazing memories. The techno remix of Strange Things has to be my absolute favorite thing about this ride, I can't skip this attraction when I go to this park.

I did this ride like a week back, and it was surprisingly tougher than I expected!
@I dunno but yay I agree. I got 999,999 one time on Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin at Magic Kingdom in October 2019. We were stuck in front of Zurg’s ship, and on the bottom there’s a 100k target there. I took advantage and me and 3 other people in my party ended up getting 999,999. Pretty nice memory.

I want them to do New Tomorrowland but then they would have to close this ride. I can't imagine the park without it. It's just quintessential Disneyland.

This ride is honestly really fun, but I feel like it’s in need of a refurb. Many of the little pop up aliens and moving aliens, like the green one in the ufo that shakes his hands, don’t seem to work last time I rode it
this ride scared me a little bit when I was young, mostly because of the giant, bright, and flashy robots.
the part that was the scariest to me when I was younger was the part at 3:25. it isn't really that scary now, though
same, that part of the ride used to scare me as well as a kid LOL
@@znvorz i think the main factor was that it is a lot darker in the room in my memories and it only lit up when the robots got electrocuted

I felt it too when I was young, but as I got older it didn't scare me.

Fun fact: When you shoot a target, your blaster vibrates! Also 5:15 Pokémon Caught
Question, when your blaster was blinking at 2:33, does that mean you hit the target?
Yes. If you hit a target the back of the gun will flash green.

This attraction isn't my cup of tea, because the cruisers move way too slowly. 🦆 Hunt inspired me to be a good shooter on Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters. LOL
while I do love the magic kingdom version I really like how the blasters you can detatch them and aim freely the one in magic kingdom they're built into the cruiser
Yea it definitely is better that you can pick up the blasters.
@@colelevel2654 I do have to agree because back in July 2022 this year I went to Disneyland and I rode the ride and I prefer the detachable blasters
Space Ranger Spin is a perfectly fine and enjoyable ride, but you gotta admit that Astro Blasters is a MAJOR improvement.

If they refurbish this ride, i hope it'll have better animatronics, projector screens, ghost pepper effect, and dub the buzz dialog with Tim Allen.

@@TailsFan369no2 He always sounded distractingly off as Buzz, even as a kid. It never sounded distinctly Buzz to me with his mannerisms, and lower pitched sounding tone, the off delivery at times, he's a talented voice actor and all but I never had and never will see him as Buzz compared to Tim Allen

@@Thevidgame and the animatronic at Disney World is less advance. The Disneyland one has more movement and feels really smooth
