I knew Kuch's would be the quickest, always to the point. You could see him perk up a little when talking about Sergy and Stamkos. Without Kuch there would have been no playoffs for Lightning, he's earned the Hart.
@@Its_Just_Me_JD 7 assists over 5 games and you're saying we would have done better without him? Did you not see Panther's clearly got the memo "whenever Kuch is on the ice 2 guys cover him minimal at all times" Again, no Kuch no playoffs at all.
@davidgreen3001 I misread your initial comment & tried to edit mine, but deleted it by mistake.
Having said that, I agree Kuch definitely helped GET us to the playoffs, but his bad attitude when calls don't go his way, is exhausting for our guys. For that reason, I feel we would've been better without him in the playoffs. But that's just my dumb opinion.
@@Its_Just_Me_JD I get the attitude stuff, could possibly demoralize some guys but it's a veteran group who knows how to handle themselves. Would've been a sweep and been outshot 2-1 every game without Kuch I guarantee it. Biggest issue is the system we played against them wasn't as effective with the guys we have. Will be interesting to see if they make coaching staff change or a big roster overhaul this offseason but it could be both. Defensive zone coverage was atrocious all year.
@@Its_Just_Me_JDthat very much is a dumb opinion considering sitting the guy who holds the single season point record post salary cup era is a little mind boggling. That being said kuch does get emotional over calls not going their way but you can’t say you don’t feel the same way. ALOT of people feel that way. AC looked dead in the ice when the 2nd no goal was announced.
