The C1 and C2 Orange Arrow services are proving to be highly successful, so National Busways West Scotland quickly added a 3rd. The C3 runs between Exhibition Centre and Royston via George Square and uses identical MC type Mercedes O530 Citaros with Orange Arrows branding. Additionally, following local feedback on the 51's service, a new 51A local route is to be installed in Drumchapel, paralleling the 51 in the opposite direction and running to Great Western Retail Park using DS type Darts.
