Wow, great video. Is this manner of speaking more applicable to Latin American or Spain, or does that even make a difference for these phrases?

This is Spanish from Spain, I have never been to Latin America so I cannot compare but it's different slang and colloquial usage there :)

Muchísima gracias Señor. Can you also say "Voy a gimnasio todos los dias de la semana", as well as "...todos los dias entre semana?" Thank you

      Hola Marie :)
Todos los días de la semana : all days of the week
Todos los días ENTRE semana is more in between the WORKING week, la semana laboral, so that would be going to the gym from Monday to Friday but not duing the weekend :)

why sientese and not sientate? also, isn't it baloncesto for basketball? and I was told callate is extremeley rude? What is a polite acceptable way to say be quiet? calmate por favor?

Sientese = formal - (please have a sit, sir) sientate = informal (sit down man!) - polite way to be quiet is indd calmate (formal) or calmese (informal) or 'sea un poco más silencioso, por favor):)
