    These are my favorite way to learn Spanish now and I have tried them all! It is helpful that you do just one sentence at a time and translate each one. Others will give an entire conversation in Spanish and then the whole thing in English, but I get lost. The way you do it I can fully comprehend each word and your translation is direct and literal to help understand the Spanish sentences not just an English version that Doesn’t show how the Spanish language works. Also they can be watched or listened to on headphones while doing chores so work as an audio as well. I love your personality and your little comments keep me from spacing out. This has been extremely helpful. Gracias por tu auyuda!

    I sleep listening to your videos. I think I may be too old to learn. But I enjoying falling asleep and waking up listening to your videos. Maybe you could teach an old crone how to say; learning Spanish is easy. Bless you.

    I'm at the 11:15 time mark . You pronounce the "c" as a soft "th" in the word "cerrar" and in the word comenzar, the "Z" is pronounced also like a "th" but a little more harsh.

  • @robertbrawley5048
    @robertbrawley5048 3 года назад

    Yep, I got to go over every one of these words to get the pronunciation correct. For instance "Crear i would prounce it as " Cra" (long "a") "are" or the English pronunciation of the letter "r"
    You pronounce the word Crear more like Cra- ought . Less pronunciation of the final "r"
    My intent is to communicate most with Salvadoran here in the United States rather than with natives of Spain. I hope the Salivadorisns will understand me pronouncing as you do in Castilian Spanish

    The following words
    Comprender
    Conducir
    The final "r" you are not pronouncing
    But on the word Conocer the "r" is prounced when the final "c" is prounced "th"
    And the next word on your list " Consequir" is prounced Con- say- ye ( long "e" on the "e" in the way you prounce the "guir" part. Again the final "r" is not prounced)

    French word protege does not come from spanish, it's origin is latin, protegere, 'cover in front'.

    • @spanishwithpablo
      @spanishwithpablo  2 года назад

      Of course all romance languages come from Latin.
