I have most of those, and I agree with your evaluations. There are a LOT more clones that are amazingly accurate and powerful. I’m way too cheap to pay full retail, so I’m all about the Lattafa’s, Armaf’s, Afnan’s, etc..

I love Qaa'ed, but I think of it as as having a strong leather note with an oud/amber drydown. I'm surprised you didn't mention leather in the description. It even comes in a leather bound "box". In any case, this is a great scent worth far more than its cost.

I just got Porto Neroli in last night. I sprayed it on my arm just to see how it smelled on skin. 45 minutes later I showered and went to bed. I slept about 8 hours. Smelled my arm and it's still there! Maison Alhambra knocked it out of the park.
I just got that one a few days ago. I agree, great fragrance.
Sadly, Tom Ford's lawyers also knocked it out of the park. Fortunately, my bottle of Porto Neroli will be delivered Saturday. LOL

I have the toscano leather awesome stuff and lasts long, the Porto neroli is on my list as i tried the TF one in a duty free shop perfect summer scent

Qaed is a masterpiece at its price point. I own a lot of other spicy winter scents but nothing else is so wearable and approachable.
Picked up Star Man Nebula after this video, haven’t smelled the original but this is very nice spicy gourmand, looking forward to wearing it to the office.
Haven’t smelled Ganymede but also picked up Celestial - it’s an initially flowery safraline bomb - I get the impression of endless white leather in the dry down. Conflicted about it, I think if sprayed with enough to project it will feel overly chemical to wear.

Ash, would you consider doing a video on the best fragrances to mix together? I have a lot of fun doing that myself, but I’m only working with a few different fragrances and houses. So not too many combinations rn. So far, my favorite combo is Layton and ToyBoy.
Look into Dua Fragrances, they're known for their hybrids, mixing popular fragrances together!
Try Invictus and Sauvage or any clones of the 2 ,they smell great together!
Or Cedrat Essence and Choco Musk smells like a chocolate covered orange Creamsicle!!

Just jack noir endurance is a better Tom ford noir extreme clone IMO. You should try it! Its a bit more spicy upfront and the sweetness is much smoother

I wanted to tell you that if you layer YSL Le Perfume with acqua di gio profondo you will get YSL eau de perfume.. also close to Y Toilette.. I only like Le perfume but I know most other people like the others as well.. I think it's dead on

Purchased Hunter the other day.. doesn't seem to have performance longevity or projection.. not sure if its just my skin or my sense of smell... or the batch they sent me.. I can smell it really close to the skin for less than an hour, but thats about it. Has anyone else experienced this?
Maybe ingredients are fresh let it marcerate for 1 month, Sometimes the scent gets better and more longevity

I purchased it for £12. After letting it macerate it lasts about 7-8 hours on my skin. Very close to Hawas which I also have.
At first it smelled exactly like hawas but after a while it's getting drier and lavender really pops out
I bought it a couple days ago and it doesn't last more than a couple hours. So I'ma macerate it and see how it goes

There’s been some better TF TV clones
One clone I have been really, really digging that is a solid but worth it price jump from these would be Rasasi Hawas. It really took the OG Invistus DNA and made it so much better, in balance, projection, longevity and overall profile. Gonna run more between $50-$60 but for an easy to wear warm weather fragrance it definitely punches above its weight.
I think hawas came before invictus so its not a clone fregrance

Armaf club de nuit intense man limited edition is just the regular parfum but with a fancy presentation. The smell is exactly the same as the regular parfum (You get a bigger bottle with the regular parfum at a cheaper price).
Armaf explains it in the advertising that the limited edition is the best option if being purchased for a gift because of the fancy presentation. Anybody that purchase the limited edition CDNIM and the regular oarfum basically purchased the same fragrance TWICE 🤣🤣

I've heard that the mineral note on Ganymede is more pronounced than in Celestial. I'm not much into very strong metallic/mineral scents so it has scared me away somewhat.
