Program NOISM is aimed at developing the conditions for new production in contemporary improvised practice in the long-term process of interaction between Austrian and Serbian artists, performers and musicians. The NOISM program aims at the creative potentials of the two selected artists in merging their experiences, sharing and exchanging influences aimed trough creating join creative process a new audio/video work.
NOISM program is supported by the Austrian Cultural Forum Belgrade, the FfAI Foundation and City of Novi Sad Administration for the culture.
