    Nice job bro. In the middle of repairing my SSA Xcon tinsel leads, this video saved me 160 bucks

      Awesome I'm glad my videos and my one of a kind way of replacing leads could help you avoid having to recone when ur coil is still good, my Fi 18 is done this way for my home audio and gets lots of use and hasn't let me down yet!

      @@KINGSPL Nicee 🤙🏽. One question though, why did you go with aluminum wire instead of pure copper wire? Because it is more flexible? I just completed my repair using pure copper 8G that I had laying around, any reason that it might not hold up?

      How long did this fix hold and how do you take off the cone

      the fix held till i blew the sub (months) lol and do you mean remove the center dust cap?

      greg santos not to good. I had to bite the bullet and rebuilt from motor up.

    Hey by any chance do you still reply to your comments here because I have a question .
    I love bass and music I’m half deaf on both ears so I was trying to hear you and more like hear the important things so I want to know what glue you use and what I have to do to make it effective I couldn’t hear the info in the glue and the water you used so please info would greatly appreciated so I can start this lil project thanks and bye your vid’s seemed great tbh

    So my lead broke very close to the actual coil before I started messing with it, is this still how you fix it or is there a different method, or is it dead?
