Not necessarily, there are some possibilities that would lead them to trial. Mainly their lawyer might not have known that the signature and all of his clients' evidence was fake, or the OP's parents didn't accept an out-of-court settlement. And, as strange as it may seem, it is somewhat common for clients to mislead or hide things from us. Also, here are some lawyers who just want to make money. They don't care about right or wrong.
@@Henry.25 _NEVER_ LIE TO YOUR LAWYER!!! (And if your lawyer knowingly let you take a case to court that you can't win, they may well get repercussions for that because it's malpractice.)
@@rachelmap100 Exactly. Taking on an unwinnable case can brand you as a bad character or even money-hungry. It's the same for nonsense cases. For example. I once turned down a woman who wanted to sue a child's parents for damage to her car. The amount of damages? $200. The amount of the legal fees, minus my legal fees? 1500 dollars. ( At the time, some 6 years ago). Having said that, I advised her to go to small claims court, but not every lawyer would do that, especially those who are starting out and just want to make their mark. A lawyer like that would make at least 300 bucks from this woman, just to go to court and make her waste her time and money.
The real problem with going to a therapist is only one thing: it will open your eyes and you will never ever going back to your old self. Embrace this change! It will help you on your lifejourney.
It can also do the opposite. I had gone to a highly recommended therapist and I really liked her at the beginning. I knew that I had to be honest and I answered all her questions. I ended up with a shortened version of my life. After revealing the shortened story, I left. It took me a little over a year before I could see anyone again. My social worker had again recommended that I see a therapist again, I told her what happened with the lady I saw last time. A couple weeks later, she told me that the therapist would like to see me again and now she knew how that when I revealed some things, it knocked me out. I stopped going out into the world because I felt shame and embarrassment. At myself. In myself.
It’s amazing how stupid these stories can get to create drama. I barely use social media and even I know its manipulative capabilities. Also only the laziest of people just hand money over to family. You get the bill and pay it yourself after you verify. And you never, never, never treat family better than yourself.
I find it funny that people will say and do things that will ruin another's life or destroy the family yet when that person pushes back they (ones that did the damage) are quick to accuse the one standing up for themself as the one 'ruining the family' etc
If the stories are legitimate, the one thing people like this failed to do that caused these problems is they don’t set boundaries from the get-go. They don’t let people know that not only are their boundaries, but if you cross the boundaries or continually push them you will be cut off without question. Instead they give and give and give until it’s no longer a gift but an entitlement. And when they finally do cut people off, entitlement causes people to lash out because it’s become a part of their income in a way. And people will try to guilt trip and scream and yell and even insult to get their way because it’s worked in the past multiple times were, simply every time. So why change things.?!😊
Post his truth online. Change his number, ghost them. After that, any family members that call him out for not giving them money, tell said family member that they can give them money because I'm done.
Lol! Is this an American thing posting your problems on social media? I’m gonna think these stories are all fake or you guys need to learn to not post everything online.
With the exception of the court trial, I accept the story. The lawyers would never made it to go before the judge. Forged signature? End of case

yeah even if he verbally said yes, they still forged his signature

I don't have this problem because I'm broke 😭
You’re also a non-fictional character with a real life.
Another story (AI generated) about family posting vague messages online.
And there’s always a distance family member with whom they haven’t had contact in years, calling and telling something something super crazy😂😂

I like these stories, but why does everyone have to go to therapy. If I had crappy family, I would not need a therapist to validate myself.
Because its an AI generated story that follows the same prompts.
These reddit AI stories are getting so out of hand that this isn't even about a reddit post. Bro posted on Facebook 😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂
I felt dizzy watching the background!😢😢😢😢😢😢

It‘s really brainwrecking to listen to those stories while being distracted by this awful visual background
The trial was ridiculous

Both, many weak individuals do post online. However, most stories (this one included) are poor fiction
Ai seen 20 versions of this AI strit
