    If Montaro said to go back, then I'd go back too. Animals have senses that we don't have; well, or senses we're not as in tune with. I always listen to my animals when they are trying to tell me something. I like that you don't lead the horses to do something they don't want to do. You let them figure it out and if they want to go, then ok. If they don't want to go, then ok.

    Sure enjoyed that. What a great idea for a video. The idea of no fences is so magical to me.

    So are they in a communal open stall? I guess yes. They seem like they're left to be horses not facing dressage drills everyday 👍🏼
    How long did it take for them to get used to each other? Is any one adult horse picked on or bullied by others? Are they similar ages, except for your colt?

      Pole barn shelters (free access in/out). Here's the journey of them getting integrated: ruclips.net/video/ILypGrLjE54/видео.html And here's a little blurb on each one, age etc: listentoyourhorse.com/singing-horse-herd/

    Wow what a magnificent life you all have! I wish I lived nearby so you could show me how it all works. I am not used to the slow pace of horses life. It seems that you have no expectations and no agenda when you are with them (beautiful atitude) and yet you find joy in every moment. That is unconditionnal love! 👏🏻

    Interesting how they look for plants, probably medicinal for them. I've never seen a pastured or a trail horse do that.

      Most horses have the instinct to forage. Most paddocks these days unfortunately have gotten rid of various herbs amd plants to be considered undesirable weeds, leading to an over-abundance of grass that can lead to laminitis

    i did the same thing at my house / they had 200 acres to run around .. happy horses .

    • @ListenToYourHorse
      @ListenToYourHorse  6 лет назад +3

      Awesome! I dream of the day I have hundreds of acres... A friend of mine tried that with hers - she has 500 acres - but did they go back into the property? No, they went over to the neighbour's luscious green lawn and flower bed! Doh.

      old fences . started out at horse barn with babies sp they learned to jump . at night they jump fence and go into the barn and get grain . the fence isn't much for jumping horses . freaky how strong they are .. just get 60 to hundred acres / plenty really. taxes . rent or rent trail to give horse rides . haha.. seen few horse treks . get little land t over the horses then pay the state and neighbors and offer treks . did one in nz .. start small work your way up . i am stuck in taxes and some injuries so i gotta sell and start some place new . people in town built new big fire hall and sold my soul to bankers .. i may even go to brazil or paraguay . guess in brazil 15 grand get ya a farm .

    • @cowpoke02
      @cowpoke02 6 лет назад

      i gotta do mini horse barn add on or hit the road .. horse rides be the answer. less is more unless it pays a little profit . not to much work .lol. i should get a cow and chickens . i know about cows more anything .

      Nope, times have changed and you do not have to offer rides - check this out: www.listentoyourhorse.com/horses-as-pets-why-not/

    At 3:23 he was defly waiting for you to move. 🐎 If you see them running away, you should prob take the hint and go with them. Coyotes and cougars are no joke and it would be a wrong signal to them for you to be lackidaisical. Respect their warnings, right? 😊 Animals do things very quickly when they understand the signal but often humans lag way behind in responding to the cue from the animal. I appreciate your work. ❤️

    That was a great video! I really loved watching them. Just horses being themselves and exploring. I could watch that for hours! Happy (belated!!!!) Birthday gorgeous Juno! The dappled is beautiful (well, they all are) but I’ve always been fond of greys. Thank you for sharing. I’d sell my soul to the devil to be around horses like that. :-)

    I love the way you are there to protect them and they look to you as well, but I would not feel right letting them roam around where there is danger , that’s just me

    • @ListenToYourHorse
      @ListenToYourHorse  6 лет назад +1

      Yes, exactly. That's why none of these videos are a "how-to" they are all about listening to your horse. If you didn't feel right, or didn't feel safe, things may not go well - because horses respond primarily to energy.

    I don't get it, you mean that you would allow these PRECIOUS horses to roam in a place where wild animals go to ??? I mean really, R U for real/

    Is this woman an animal psychic?

    • @ListenToYourHorse
      @ListenToYourHorse  6 лет назад +1

      We are ALL capable of non-verbal communication with animals; sending and receiving thought packages or pictures. The more you practice/do it, the better you get.
