I'm 62 years old, I'm learning your exercise, so that I can change my body , I want a little muscle, or firm my arms and have a good thighs, bigger and strong legs . I hope I can accomplished it.. thanks for a great video content 😊

Is it okay if I modify this a bit while still getting a good workout? I have a permanent injury on my entire left side and lower back due to a mistake I made in gymnastics years ago and I don't want to hurt myself.
Calories burned is different for each individual. Age, gender, metabolism all play a factor in the number of calories burned. If you have a smart watch, you can track your calorie burn that way.
