    What I liked: nice workout routine, where many muscle groups get activated
    What I would change: put a chime or sth at the end of each 30 or 45 sec part! This way you don't have to watch the screen the whole time

    I'm 62 years old, I'm learning your exercise, so that I can change my body , I want a little muscle, or firm my arms and have a good thighs, bigger and strong legs .
    I hope I can accomplished it.. thanks for a great video content 😊

    it had been a while since i last worked out. i could not do many of these flawlessly. but i made it through. and i will do this every day until i sit up afterwards saying, you did it just like she did. thank you, for motivating me

    Perfect workout for beginners. Intense but not insane. I'm doing one round six days a week for a month now. It's getting easier but still challenging.

    This workout got me back into exercising my body, for few years I wasn't eating healthy and I hated gym subscription. Now I do this sometimes a week and really helps! Do you suggest doing two rounds a day or is it better to stick to one?

    totally lit. back at it after 4 years. It was so sooo difficult to complete most of the rounds to 0. Keeping on going. thanks so much for the video. so helpful.

    This was the first workout video I saw of Anna and ever since then I left going to the gym and started working out from home. I cannot believe it’s been an year following all these amazing workouts. Now I’m in good health and shape. Also, I recovered my PCOD at home. Thank you Anna! ❤❤

    This workout is great :) Was really bummed this morning it was raining so much so I couldn't take my dog out for our morning trail run, and I stumbled upon this!
    Doing my second round now and I'm even glad I'm trying this instead of running :)

    Great workout! I did the warm up and 3 rounds of the exercises. I skipped the abs. Pretty tired and sweaty at the end. Thanks Anna!

    Good workout. I like that you take your time to get the form right. I'm gonna have to look up a modified tabletop touches for my kids. They might not be able to do it

    2. High knee tap
    3. Tabletop toe touches 4:12
    4. Burpee

    Thanks so much, good workout. Would be fantastic there were prompts to switch exercises and rest. It's too difficult to have to watch the screen the whole time.

    Great! Would just need bip sounds before each exercice finish otherwise you need to always look at the tv and its hard when you concentrate on the exercice.

    Is it okay if I modify this a bit while still getting a good workout? I have a permanent injury on my entire left side and lower back due to a mistake I made in gymnastics years ago and I don't want to hurt myself.

    I love it. Can you tell me how much calories can burn with these exercises. How many rounds we should perform ?

      Calories burned is different for each individual. Age, gender, metabolism all play a factor in the number of calories burned.
      If you have a smart watch, you can track your calorie burn that way.
