Thank you very much! I will be honest ... I am almost never done with a paint job. I have tweaked it twice since the weekend! I added some white chips and a bit more of the blue copper look to get it more accurate! Eventually, you just have to call it finished and walk away!
Wow! VERY nicely done! You have way more patience than me. All that sanding and layering.... Well, it came out beautifully and I'm envious. I'm on the hunt for one of these helmets as well. The video production was top notch as well! +1 sub from me!
Hey Paul! I have done quite a few comissions. If you want to buy an unfinished helmet (I can even point you to a few people) I would be happy to paint one for you! Thanks for the sub and lots more on the way!!
I made my own transport trooper helmet and the color that I used was olive green After I coated with olive and waited for the result I was shocked the olive turns more saturated and it's not accurate from the series. Btw my helmet was made of cardboard And the primer was sage green What do I do to make the color desaturated?😅
That came out really well.
I also love Irwin clamps, I have 8 of them in varying lengths.
Me too! I even have a few really tiny ones!
I'm finishing up my own ICAT trooper full costume build and this video is a great help not to mention a great inspiration!
Wow! Glad I could help and would love to see some pictures! Still working on mine!!
@@trytofinishsomething thanks so much I’m hoping to get it doneish by may the 4th!
Amazing man looks great!
Thank you very much! For a little bit, I thought I was repainting and starting over (which I have done)!
Pretty cool, man! I would have never guess it would be that involved. Came out great!
