You sent two years ago but I'll respond to the people in the future, I dont know what is used but I believe you could just use PowerPoint and use the morph (I think it's a transition or something but it's related to how slides move) then duplicate the slide and do some changes, I haven't used Microsoft PowerPoint in like at least 2 months so I don't really remember
