The cheese on the ice cream coffee thing that Mike loves is called “brown cheese” and it’s a Norweigan speciality. It almost tastes like savoury caramel because the milk is slightly caramelised/burnt before making the cheese so it’s slightly sweet. It’s delicious, they put it on waffles in Norway!

I'm from South Korea, watched my parents storming street to rally against military dictators. People threw in jail to have their opinions, people getting killed because they said something against government. I'm talking about S. Korea, not North. South Koreans fought more than 30 years to overthrow dictators and corrupted government. I hope HK will gain their liberty against CCP. I hope Chinese people rise once gain like their fellow citizens at Tiananmen and taste true freedom. CCP want to erase the history about Tiananmen but those brave soul who stood up against dictator will be remembered and will be honored when Chinese people are awaken.
My day has been going terrible, but know I have something to cheer me up.

Malaysians are cool, I've been to Malaysia probably a dozen times. I'd like settle down there someday as American. But why are Malaysian Chinese pro-China CCP, whilst a bit anti-America? Malaysia in general seem pro-China. Has China influenced Malaysia with propaganda and money?
On the other hand, Singapore which I've also been to numerous times appear to be the opposite, pro-America and a bit anti-China.
